OK, after I did the Great Atlantic Ocean Triathlon in Seaside Heights NJ back in September, I pretty much shut it down. I did some training up in Maine over Thanksgiving. I did an 8 mile run and a 30 mile bike ride up in Maine but after that it has been really hit or miss in my training.
I am slated to do 2 return trips this year. I am doing both Lava Man and Great Atlantic Ocean again this year. My new races this year are Born To Tri and the Gettysburg Marathon.
With all of the snow gone and things getting warmer I am getting back out there.
2011 will be a good season for me.
